No, the majority of UCP Suffolk Health Center patients do not have Cerebral Palsy (CP). 60% of the patients have a diagnosis other than CP.

How long does it take to get an appointment?
Most appointments can be made within 1-2 weeks for non-emergencies; however it depends on what service/provider you are looking to see.
Is UCP Suffolk Health Center a free clinic?
No, but UCP Suffolk does offer a discount for self-pay patients.
Does UCP Suffolk Health Center see people without insurance?
Patients seen, with no insurance will be required to pay out of pocket for our services.
How can I pay for services?
Patients can call for rates and information 631-439-4300. Personal checks, cash or charge are also accepted.
Where is the facility located?
The UCP Suffolk Health Center has three convenient
locations: The Central Islip location (opening November, 2008) and two satellite site
offices in Port Jefferson Station and Hauppauge.

If I receive primary care at another facility, can I still receive services at UCP Suffolk Health Center?
Yes, many of our patients receive their primary care services at other facilities but use our specialty clinics. Some only receive primary care or dental services but go to other facilities for specialty services. |
